This Privacy Policy explains how Funixa ("we", "us", the "App"), provided by [COMPANY], handles information when you use the Funixa mobile game. We built Funixa to be privacy-friendly: it needs no account, no login, and your gameplay data lives on your device.

1. Summary

Your game progress, stats and preferences are stored only on your device.
We do not ask you to create an account or provide personal details.
We use AppsFlyer to measure app installs and advertising performance. This involves a mobile device identifier and app-usage events.
On iOS we ask for your permission (App Tracking Transparency) before any tracking. You can decline, and the App works exactly the same.
We do not show third-party ads inside the App and there are no in-app purchases.

2. Information we collect

Stored on your device (not sent to us)

Game progress: levels, XP, records, skill scores and streaks.
App preferences: sound, music, haptics, reduced motion and difficulty settings.

This information stays on your device. It is removed if you reset progress in the App or delete the App.

Collected by our attribution partner (AppsFlyer)

To understand how people discover Funixa and to measure marketing, our SDK partner AppsFlyer collects:

On Apple devices, the advertising identifier (IDFA) is only used if you allow tracking via the App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track," the App still works fully and attribution relies on Apple's privacy-preserving SKAdNetwork instead.

3. How we use information

To provide and improve the game experience.
To measure how many people install Funixa and which campaigns or channels they came from.
To detect and prevent fraudulent or invalid installs.
To understand aggregate usage so we can make the game better.

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles within the App, and we do not sell your personal information.

4. Sharing your information

We share the limited data described above with:

AppsFlyer — our attribution and analytics provider. See the AppsFlyer Services Privacy Policy.
Apple — through SKAdNetwork, Apple processes privacy-preserving install attribution. See the Apple Privacy Policy.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the public.

5. Your choices and rights

Tracking: Manage tracking any time in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking, or reset the advertising identifier there.
Your local data: Use "Reset Progress" in the App's Settings, or delete the App, to erase the data stored on your device.
Access / deletion requests: Because we don't hold an account tied to you, we generally cannot identify a specific person's data. For questions about attribution data, contact us using the details below and we will help where we can.

6. Data retention

On-device data remains until you reset progress or uninstall the App. Attribution and analytics data held by AppsFlyer is retained according to AppsFlyer's policies and our configured settings, and only for as long as needed for the purposes above.

7. Children's privacy

Funixa is rated for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

8. International users

Funixa is available in multiple regions. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK) or CCPA/CPRA (California), including the right to access, correct or delete personal data and to object to certain processing. We honor applicable rights; contact us to exercise them. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard the limited data involved.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
